At MISSION Boat Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
